Today LouLou got 30 minutes of "typing practice", also known to her as "home school"...but honestly I have to admit: the computer was babysitting her so I could wrap Christmas presents. But I don't feel guilty. LouLou got to learn how to change font size, spell her name over and over and over, and practice her imagination. And I am now officially done wrapping all our Christmas gifts! (more on why later)Pictured above Sadie Lou is typing a "message to Tina" (our friend who is helping to facilitate our adoption process). She read it to me, and told me it says "Hello, Tina. This is an announcement. We are saying when can we go to Africa to pick up Joshua and Joseph. Momma and Daddy will pick them up. Please say when to go." Hilarious! This kid doesn't miss a beat!
And now for the news related to why I am so glad to have all our Christmas gifts wrapped: we are flying to Africa the beginning of December to appear before court to request the humble honor of obtaining custody of two precious little boys. PRAY that God is even now moving mountains on our behalf, and that we all can be home together for Christmas.
